The most important aspect is to know one’s Rising Sign or the Ascendant at the time of your birth that rises on the eastern horizon in the specific location of one’s birth. In a birth chart, all the planets are placed across the twelve astrological houses, each defining a specific area of your life. They will look for the aspects between planets, the balance of elements and qualities. It further goes into the nakshatras or constellations that the planets are placed in within the zodiac sign and house. The chart will also indicate the zodiac sign/star and which of the twelve houses each planet is in. The astrological chart has twelve houses that will define the exact position of the planets and which constellations they occupy at the time of your birth. Astrologers, while creating a birth chart or a horoscope, will look for some key data that can help them ascertain the vital details.Ī natal chart comprises of zodiac signs/stars, the houses, and the planets. The natal chart will indicate a lot about the person you are, and what lies in store for you in this lifetime. The position of the Sun, the Moon, and the planets moving through the different 12 zodiac signs and houses, and their positions at the time of our birth impact our personality and life. There are multiple aspects of astrology that govern our lives. This includes the time of birth, the date, day, month, and year of birth, as well as the place of birth. To make a natal or birth chart, one must first have correct information about the birth details.

so with that being said I’ll probably be deleting this app now after over 4 yrs of having it because the other western astrology apps have the degrees and positions im used to and this app does not.To help us know and have more awareness of our initiation into this world, the natal chart or birth chart sheds light on our identity and life.

Another thing I noticed that I didn’t like is the new positions/coordinates are closer to vedic/sidereal astrology degrees -which I also enjoy studying but- using those degrees can easily cause confusion because this is suppose to be a western astrology app with western astrology degrees. In my opinion, If It was my app and I wanted to make any major changes I would have done it during the time the app originally came out so the majority of my audience wouldn’t have been much affected by it.

people that study and take astrology seriously identify themselves with the placements in their birth chart, so to have all these unexpected changes years after being used to the previous layout is unsettling and not a good surprise. You guys should have never changed the planetary positions because now you’ve altered the entire birth chart of people that were familiar and comfortable with their previous placements.
